to arrest climate change

Cap and Share is not in conflict with most popular campaign to arrest climate change. Instead, it makes those campaigns more powerful by providing them with a framework and mechanism which they can urge politicians to adopt to bring emissions rapidly under control.

So far, the worldwide movement has lacked a definite course of action it can recommend. It has been reduced to saying that emissions have to be cut without any clear way of how those cuts can be brought about.

Now, with a full Cap and Share approach, it has something effective and equitable it can promote that everyone can understand.
